Please note we like to keep class sizes smaller to connect with patients more one on one and to promote a relaxed intimate experience.
Meditation/yoga/stretch Combination Class
Come engulf yourself into another realm using the combination of mediation, yoga poses and stretch therapy to open stored areas of trauma, alleviate muscle/joint pain, promote healthy digestion and an overall healthier mindset using self-discipline, breathing techniques and the ability to discover your inner self on your time.
