At higher self wellness we believe in the combination of modern medicine and holistic therapies. Check out the classes listed below to aid in the reduction of stress, anxiety and ways to connect with yourself on the journey to self-love and appreciation. Please note we like to keep class sizes smaller to connect with patients more one on one and to promote a relaxed intimate experience.

Meditation/yoga/stretch Combination Class

Come engulf yourself into another realm using the combination of mediation, yoga poses and stretch therapy to open stored areas of trauma, alleviate muscle/joint pain, promote healthy digestion and an overall healthier mindset using self-discipline, breathing techniques and the ability to discover your inner self on your time. 

Pelvic Floor Therapy Class

Our Pelvic Health Certified Clinician Jamie Jeremie will guide you with pelvic health alignment movements to aid in
the relief of the following symptoms or diagnosis.
