Sick Visit

A sick visit consists of the patient seeking care for an acute event such as urinary
symptoms, GI symptoms, cold/flu symptoms, simple laceration repairs, ear pain, etc..

Cash pay prices may be adjusted for any additional in-house tests/ in-house medications.

Please note that it’s possible for you to be referred to another specialist or facility based off of our medical evaluation, at that time there would only be a $20 consult fee and any other
payment will be reimbursed prior to leaving the office.
Cash Pay Price $- 140 includes one in house medication if applicable.
Available Rapid Testing- Influenza, COVID, Strep, H-Pylori, Urine Dip - $25 each

Sports Physical- $45 includes EKG
